2. Collection and processing of personal data

We collect and process personal data only if you voluntarily provide it to us — for example via our contact form or a product inquiry. This data is used exclusively to process your request.

3. Contact form and product inquiries

When you use our contact form or the product inquiry form, we process the following data:

• First and last name
• Company name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Country (optional)
• Your message / your request

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

Retention period: Your inquiry data will be stored for the duration of the business relationship as well as for the statutory retention period (7 years under the Austrian Commercial Code, UGB).

4. Data storage (Hostinger)

Inquiry data is stored in a secure MySQL database on the servers of our hosting provider (Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus). The server location is within the EU. Hostinger processes this data as a data processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

5. Email delivery (Resend)

We use the Resend service (Resend Inc., USA) for email delivery. Transfer to the USA is based on standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR.

6. Cookies and tracking

This website uses technically necessary cookies for its operation. For analytics purposes, we use Google Analytics 4 (configured in a privacy-compliant manner, with IP anonymization active). You can object to this data collection at any time.

7. Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google Analytics uses cookies to analyze website usage. The information generated is stored on Google's servers.

You can prevent this storage through appropriate browser settings or the browser plug-in available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

8. Google Ads conversion tracking

This website uses the "Google Ads" online advertising program and, as part of it, conversion tracking. The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google. These cookies do not serve to personally identify the user.

If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to that page. Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to compile conversion statistics — in our case, to measure how many inquiries were generated through our advertisements.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). Consent is given voluntarily via the cookie banner on first visiting the site.
